Alex Fesenko is Principal at Fesenko, P.C. Law Offices. As an OFAC sanctions attorney, he advises clients on U.S. economic sanctions matters, with a particular focus on clients from Russia and other Eastern European and Eurasian countries. His practice includes unblocking assets through OFAC licenses, securing removals from the OFAC SDN List, and representing clients in a wide range of OFAC-related proceedings, including litigation against OFAC in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
